What skill levels are for
Skill levels let you rank operatives by experience or competence — for example, "Apprentice", "Improver", "Skilled", or "Supervisor". When combined with trades, skill levels give you a clear picture of each operative's capabilities for Work Package allocation.
Viewing skill levels
Navigate to Settings > Labour > Skill Levels. The table lists all skill levels with their name, description, and sort order.
Creating a skill level

Click Add Skill Level in the top-right corner.

Enter a Name — for example,
Improver. - 3
Enter an Order number (starting from 1) to define where this level sits in the ranking. Lower numbers appear first.

Optionally enter a Description.

Click Create to save.
Editing a skill level
Click the Edit button on a row to update the name, order, or description.
Importing from CSV
Click CSV Import to bulk-add skill levels from a spreadsheet.
Deleting skill levels
Click Delete on a row, or select multiple skill levels and use the bulk delete option.
