What project types are for
Project types let you categorise your projects — for example, "Commercial", "Residential", "Refurbishment", or "New Build". They appear as a filter on the dashboard and in reports, making it easier to analyse your portfolio by type of work.
Viewing project types
Navigate to Settings > Data > Project Types. The table lists all project types with their name and status. Use the Status filter to show only active or archived types.
Creating a project type

Click Create Project Type in the top-right corner.

Enter a Name for the type — for example,
Fit Out. - 3
Press Enter or click Create to save.
Archiving and restoring
Click Archive on a row to remove the type from active selection lists. To restore, enable Show Archived and click Unarchive.
Archiving a project type does not affect existing projects assigned to that type. It only removes the type from the dropdown when creating new projects.
