What site addresses are for
Site addresses are reusable location records that you can assign to projects. Maintaining a central list means you do not need to retype addresses every time you set up a new project at a location you have worked at before.
Viewing site addresses
Navigate to Settings > Data > Site Addresses. The table shows all active addresses. Use the search box to find a specific address, or enable Show Archived to include archived records.
Creating a site address

Click Create Address in the top-right corner.

Enter the address details — line 1, line 2, town, county, postcode, country, and optionally a What3Words reference.

Click Create to save.
Importing from CSV
Click CSV Import to bulk-add addresses from a spreadsheet.
Archiving and restoring
Click Archive on a row to hide the address from active lists. To restore, enable Show Archived and click Unarchive.
