What certificates and cards are for
This page defines the types of certificates and cards you want to track against your subcontractors — for example, CSCS cards, IPAF licences, SSIP accreditations, or PASMA certificates. Once defined here, you can record specific certificate details (number, expiry date) on individual subcontractor records.
Viewing certificate and card types
Navigate to Settings > Subcontractor > Certificates & Cards. The table lists all defined types.
Creating a certificate or card type

Click Create Certificate/Card in the top-right corner.

Enter a Certificate/Card Name — for example,
CSCS. - 3
Optionally tick Continue Adding Items to add multiple types in succession.

Click Create to save.
Archiving and restoring
Click Archive on a row to hide the type. Enable Show Archived and click Unarchive to restore.
