What action types are for
Action types categorise the issues and actions you track on projects — for example, "Snag", "Defect", "RFI", or "Safety Observation". When logging an action, you select a type from this list to classify it.
Some action types are system-defined and cannot be deleted or archived. You can create additional custom types to suit your company's workflow.
Viewing action types
Navigate to Settings > Data > Action Types. The table lists all action types with their name.
Creating an action type

Click Create Action Type in the top-right corner.

Enter a Name — for example,
RFI. - 3
Click Create to save.
