Overview
The Amend Job screen displays all your jobs in a grid, with each aspect of a job organised under specific column headings at the top. You can sort and rearrange these columns to suit your workflow, making it quicker to find the information you need.
Sorting by column
By default, jobs are sorted alphabetically by job code. To change the sort order:

Click any column heading to sort the job list by that field. For example, clicking Date Amended will sort jobs by the date they were last modified.

Click the same heading again to reverse the sort order.
The grid updates immediately to reflect the new sorting.
Reordering columns
You can rearrange the column headings to put the most important information where you want it:

Click and hold a column heading.

Drag it to your desired position in the grid.

Release the mouse button. The heading will remain in its new position.
The layout persists for your user session, so the columns stay where you placed them while you continue working.
