Downloading a drawing
A download gives you the PDF exactly as it was uploaded, under its ZeroCount filename. Markers are not included; for a marked-up sheet use Export Image in the workspace instead. See Exporting drawing images.

On the project page, click on the drawing's card or row.

Choose Download . The browser saves the PDF.
To download several at once, tick them and click Download in the bulk action bar; each PDF is saved in turn. Download is also in the row menu of the Select Drawing panel and in the right-click menu of a file tab in Review mode.
Deleting a drawing
Deleting removes the PDF and everything on it: every marker and group, every zone and AoI, the scale and calibration, and any database links. Other drawings and existing exports are unaffected. There is no undo.
If you only want to clear the counting from a drawing and keep the sheet, use Reset Drawing instead. See Resetting a drawing.
A drawing in several categories is one drawing. Deleting it from any category removes it from all of them and destroys its markers. To take it out of one category only, untick that category in its Categories checklist.
Four places to delete, and which ones ask first

Click on the drawing.

Choose Delete . The drawing disappears immediately.
This route has no confirmation dialog. Check the filename before you click. If you would rather be asked, use the bulk action bar even for a single drawing.
From the bulk action bar

Tick the drawings to delete. A category's header checkbox ticks all of its drawings.

Click Delete in the bar above the categories.

Read the Delete Files dialog: Are you sure you want to delete N file(s)? This action cannot be undone. It adds They span multiple categories. when relevant.

From the workspace
With a drawing open, click the drawing name in the breadcrumb to open the Select Drawing panel, then use the row menu's Delete . In Review mode, right-click a file tab and choose Delete . Both show the Delete File dialog: Are you sure you want to delete "name"? All markers and progress for this file will be lost. This action cannot be undone. If the drawing sits in several categories the dialog lists them and notes it will be removed from all of them.
Refused while someone else is in the project
Deleting is blocked while another user has the project open, from any of the four routes. The toast reads Delete failed. Active user detected inside the project. Please ensure no one is active before deleting. and lists who is inside. Ask them to leave the project, or wait for their avatar to disappear from the project card, then try again. Your own other browser tabs never block you.
Common issues
I deleted the wrong drawing
There is no recovery inside ZeroCount. Upload the PDF again from your own copy; the count has to be redone. Before deleting from a project you may need again, duplicate the project first so the original stays intact.
The delete did nothing and there was no message
The drawing was probably still uploading. Cards marked Uploading cannot be deleted until the server confirms them; bulk actions skip them with a Some files skipped toast.
