Viewing your projects
From the sidebar, click Projects to open the project list. This page shows every project in your company.
View modes
The project list supports two layouts. Click the toggle button in the top-right corner to switch between them. Your preference is saved in your browser.
Tile view
The default layout. Projects appear as cards in a responsive grid, each showing the project name, client, status, and contract value. Click a tile to open that project.
Table view
A traditional data table with sortable columns. Click any column header to sort.

Searching and filtering
Both views support a global search box that matches across project name, number, description, status, region, type, client, project manager, and site manager.
In table view, you can also apply column-specific filters:
| Filter | Options |
|---|---|
| Status | All available project statuses |
| Region | All regions, plus "No region" for unassigned projects |
| Type | All project types, plus "No type" for unassigned projects |
| Client | All clients |
| Project Manager | All project managers, plus "No PM" |
| Site Manager | All site managers, plus "No SM" |
Viewing archived projects
By default, archived projects are hidden. To include them, open the view options and tick Show Archived. Archived projects display with an "Archived" badge next to their name.
Deleting projects
Deleting a project is permanent and removes all associated documents. This action is available to Super Admins only.
In table view, select one or more projects using the row checkboxes, then click Delete. A confirmation dialog asks you to confirm the action before anything is removed.
