What assets are
Assets represent the equipment and items your company tracks — tools, vehicles, safety equipment, and other resources. You can view assets at the project level (what is on a specific site) or at the company level (everything across all projects).
Viewing assets
Project level
Open a project and click Assets in the sidebar under Site Management. The table shows assets assigned to that project.
Company level
Click Assets in the main sidebar to see all assets across the company. The company-wide view includes a Pending Audits banner at the top if any assets have overdue or upcoming audit checks.
Creating an asset
Click Create Asset and fill in the asset details — name, category, status, and location.
Pending audits
The company-wide assets page shows a warning banner when assets have audits that are overdue or coming due. The banner displays counts for both overdue and upcoming audits.
