What actions are
Actions track issues, snags, defects, RFIs, and any other items that need attention on a project. Each action has a type, priority, status, and can be assigned to a team member.
View modes
Switch between Table and Kanban views using the layout toggle. Your preference is saved in your browser.
Table view
A data table with filtering by Status (Open, In Progress, Resolved, Closed, Rejected), Priority (Low, Medium, High, Critical), Type (from your action types), and Assigned To.
In table view, you can drag and drop images or PDFs onto the page to create actions from them.
Kanban view
A board with columns for each status. Drag cards between columns to update their status. Use Manage Columns to control which columns are visible.
Creating an action
Click the New Action dropdown for two options:
From a form
Select Create New Action to open a form where you enter the type, priority, description, assignment, and other details.
From an image or PDF
Select Create from Image/PDF to upload a photo or document. You can also drag and drop files directly onto the table view.
Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF (up to 10 MB), and PDF (up to 20 MB). PDFs are automatically converted to images.
Filtering
The company-wide actions page includes a Project filter in addition to the standard status, priority, type, and assigned-to filters.
Bulk actions
In table view, select multiple actions using the row checkboxes and delete them in bulk.
