What a project is
A project is the container for everything that belongs to one job. Drawings, services, markers, zones, calibrations, database links — they all live inside a project. When you export to Excel, the workbook covers a single project.
You typically have one project per tender or per site. If you find yourself wondering "where did my markers go?", check you're inside the right project.
The Projects dashboard
When you sign in, you land on the Projects dashboard. It lists every project you have access to.
Two view modes
The list comes in two flavours. Use the Actions menu in the top-right, then Toggle Layout , to switch between them:
- Table — best when you want to sort by date, filter by status, or scan a lot of projects quickly.
- Cards — best for a visual overview, especially when project thumbnails matter.
Your choice is remembered the next time you sign in.
Searching and filtering
In Table view:
- The Search projects… field filters by name as you type.
- The Status column filter lets you switch between Active and Archived projects. Archived projects also show a small "Archived" badge inline.
In Cards view, archived projects are hidden by default — switch to Table view to find them.
Empty and loading states
- Loading — you'll see "Loading projects…" briefly on first visit.
- Empty — if you've never created a project, the dashboard shows "No projects found" with a New Project button to get started.
Opening a project
- Cards view — click anywhere on the project card.
- Table view — click the Name link.
Either takes you to the Project View, where the drawings live. See The project view.
