What availability shows
The availability page displays an operative calendar showing who is available and when. Operatives are listed as rows, with days as columns. Availability blocks show which projects operatives are assigned to.
Viewing availability
Click Availability in the main sidebar.
Filtering
Use the filter bar to narrow the view:
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Search | Find operatives and Work Packages by name |
| Project | Filter to a specific project |
| Operative | Filter to a specific operative |
| Trade | Filter by trade — for example, "Electrician" or "Plumber" |
| Skill Level | Filter by skill level — for example, "Apprentice" or "Supervisor" |
Hiding weekends
Tick Hide weekends to collapse Saturday and Sunday columns from the calendar. This setting pulls from your company's Work Package settings on first load, but you can override it for your session.
