What tracking does
The tracking page shows real-time GPS locations of your company's vehicles and assets on an interactive map. It requires a connection to RAM Tracking, configured on the Connections page.
Viewing the tracking map
Click Tracking in the main sidebar.
If RAM Tracking is connected, the page displays:
- Map — an interactive map showing vehicle markers at their last known positions. Click a marker to select a vehicle.
- Vehicle sidebar — a list of all tracked vehicles with their current status. Click a vehicle to pan the map to its location.
The map refreshes automatically every 10 seconds.
If tracking is not connected
If no tracking provider is connected, the page shows a "No Tracking Connected" message with a link to Settings > Connections where you can set up the RAM integration.
