Signing in
When you open Project Commander you are presented with the login screen. You need an email address and password that have been set up by your company administrator or by Ensign Software.

Enter your Email address. This is the email your administrator registered when creating your account.

Enter your Password.

Click Login. If your credentials are correct you will be redirected to the company dashboard.
If you were trying to reach a specific page before being redirected to the login screen, Project Commander will return you to that page automatically after you sign in.
If your login fails
If the email or password is incorrect, an error message appears above the form explaining what went wrong. Double-check your email is spelled correctly and that Caps Lock is off, then try again.
If you still cannot get in, ask your company administrator to confirm your account exists, or contact Ensign Software support.
Resetting a forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it without contacting your administrator.

On the login screen, click Forgot your password? beneath the password field.

Enter the Email address associated with your account and click Request Reset Code.

Check your inbox for an email containing a six-digit code. Enter the code into the One-Time Password field and click Submit OTP.

Enter your new password. It must be at least six characters and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one symbol. A strength indicator below the field updates as you type.

Click Change Password. You will be redirected back to the login screen where you can sign in with your new password.
If the reset code does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from the Ensign SSO system, so it may be filtered by your mail provider.
Session expiry
Your login session lasts until your access token expires. Project Commander refreshes your session automatically in the background, so in normal use you will not be interrupted.
If your session does expire — for example, after a long period of inactivity — you will be redirected to the login screen with a message explaining what happened. Sign in again to continue where you left off.

Accounts are created by your company administrator or by Ensign Software during onboarding. If you need access, contact your administrator or visit ensign.software to get in touch with the Ensign team.
